P90X : Maybe, just maybe

I've tried it and failed multiple times, but what is it? The hardest fucking workout of your life. My fat ass decided that I wanted to try it again. Hopefully this time I can succeed. With work giving me only a limited amount of hours and there is no school in the morning, I figure "What can go wrong?". Tonight I did not start it. I ran on my treadmill for 45 minutes watching "Brothers and Sisters" through Netflix.

The only thing that scares me is the thought of failing again. I don't want to. I need to shed pounds fast. My body needs to go through this torture. Hell, I even was thinking about eating some potato casserole leftovers before I started running on that treadmill. I need to stay clear of the calories. Looks like bottled water will be my best friend for the next three months. Shout outs to losing weight.

  3. Dude, if you stick with it for 90 days you will be AMAZED!
    Try this...Take a picture of your self in underwear and print it off and hang it in your bedroom. Then do that every 3 days on p90x and it will make an amazing flip book.

  4. Losing weight requires a lifestyle change. Cut out anything that has sugar or alcohol in it. Those two are killers.
